# AI enablement that turns new tools into everyday practice.

> Enable is veridive’s AI enablement and transformation service. The team helps organizations adopt AI in daily work through executive working sessions, role-specific training on real tasks, four- to six-week cohorts and a 90-day champions program, in Turkish and English, until new routines have named owners.

Technology changes nothing until routines change. veridive works with leaders and teams to make new tools part of everyday practice, learning around real work with the people who own it.

## What is AI enablement?

AI enablement is the work of making new AI tools part of how people actually work. veridive runs executive working sessions, role-specific training built on real tasks, AI champions programs and new operating routines, so that licenses and new systems turn into weekly habits, with clear owners for each tool, workflow and policy.

## When should you talk to us?

- You bought licenses, and use stalled after the first month.
- You need to train hundreds of people without losing a month of work.
- Managers don’t yet ask for AI-assisted work in their weekly routines.
- Teams are unsure what AI means for their roles, and nobody has talked it through with them.
- A new system is about to launch and nobody owns its adoption.

## What do you get?

- **Executive working sessions.** Leaders work on their own priorities with AI and agree where it should, and shouldn’t, be used.
- **Role-specific training.** Short sessions built on each team’s real tasks, in Turkish or English.
- **An AI champions program.** Colleagues trained to help their teams, with time set aside, support and a network of their own.
- **New operating routines.** Weekly rhythms in which managers ask for the new output, so the practice sticks.
- **Clear ownership.** Named owners for each tool, workflow and policy, written down and agreed.

## How does an enablement program run?

1. **Listen** (Weeks 1–2). Interview leaders and teams, look at how tools are used today and agree what should change.
2. **Design around real work** (Weeks 2–3). Choose the roles and tasks to start with, and build every session on actual examples.
3. **Run cohorts** (4–6 weeks). Train in small groups, practice on live work and appoint champions in each team.
4. **Make it routine** (Up to 90 days). Set up the weekly rhythms, review use and results with managers, and hand the program to its owners.

## How can you start?

- **Executive Build Day** · 1 day. One day with your leadership team. We build a working prototype on one of your real workflows, together, and leave you with three prioritized opportunities.
- **Embedded AI Partnership** · Monthly. For cohorts and champions programs that run alongside your teams, with monthly capacity, support scope and service levels agreed together.

## What changes?

- **Habits, not logins.** People use the tools in their weekly work, and managers ask for the results.
- **Confidence with boundaries.** Teams know what AI is for, what it isn’t for, and when a person decides.
- **Champions who stay.** Colleagues inside each team keep the practice alive after we leave.
- **An organization that keeps learning.** Owners review use and results regularly and choose the next step themselves.

## Questions about AI adoption

### Why don’t people use the AI tools we bought?

Usually because nothing else changed. The tool arrived, but the workflow, the weekly meetings and the expectations stayed the same, so people had no reason or time to change how they work. Adoption comes from routines: training on real tasks, champions who help colleagues, and managers who ask for the new output every week.

### Do you run AI training in Turkish?

Yes. Our team works in Turkish and English, and every session is built on the participants’ own tasks rather than generic demos. Mixed groups can work in both languages, and materials, prompts and guides are delivered in the language each team uses day to day.

### What is an AI champions program?

An AI champions program trains a group of colleagues to help their own teams use AI well. Champions get deeper training, time set aside and a network of peers, and they collect questions and good examples from their teams. veridive typically runs it over 90 days, alongside the routines managers use to ask for the new output.
