An applied AI company
We turn AI ambition into systems your business can use. Strategy, custom software and transformation — built around the way your people work.

02 The result
Momentum.
AI is only useful when it changes how work gets done. We connect the three.
That is also our mark: three squares for your people, your systems and a new practice, and an arrow for the momentum they create.
03 The work is the point.
Make room for what people do best.
Less time navigating disconnected tools. More time solving problems, serving customers and building something useful. We connect AI to the work that matters — and leave your team stronger than we found it.

Choose the workflow before the model.
Most stalled AI projects didn’t fail on technology. They failed because nobody picked a specific piece of work to change. Here’s how we choose — and what we measure before writing any code.

A pilot proves something is possible. Production proves it’s reliable, affordable and owned. Our checklist covers evaluation thresholds, approval points, cost ceilings, monitoring and the runbook your team will actually use.

Frequently asked questions
What does an applied AI company do?
An applied AI company builds AI systems that change how real work gets done, rather than selling a platform or strategy slides alone. veridive helps organizations choose the right workflows, builds the software, connects the right data and models, trains the teams who use it, and keeps the system reliable after launch.
Which regions and languages does veridive work in?
veridive works with teams across Türkiye, Europe and the Gulf. The team works in Turkish and English and builds systems that handle both languages. It spends time where the work actually happens: in stores, warehouses and contact centers, next to the people whose work changes.
How long does an AI pilot take?
A Pilot to Production engagement usually takes about six to ten weeks for one workflow. It covers agreeing the workflow and acceptance criteria, building in weekly increments, running a pilot on live cases next to the current process, and handing over with training and a runbook. If the opportunity is not validated yet, a Discovery Sprint of about two weeks comes first.
How much does an AI project cost?
It depends on the scope, and the price is agreed before work starts. Executive Build Days, Discovery Sprints and pilots have a fixed scope and a fixed price. Embedded AI Partnerships are billed monthly for agreed capacity and support. After a first conversation, veridive sends a written recommendation that states the first step, its scope and what it costs.
Do you work in Turkish?
Yes. Our team works in Turkish and English, and we build systems that handle both. Workshops, training and documentation can run in either language, and evaluation sets include real examples in the languages your teams and customers actually use, so quality is measured in Turkish as well as English.
Which AI models does veridive use?
The one that performs best on your examples, at a cost you can sustain. veridive is model-agnostic and works with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and open-weight models such as Llama, Mistral and Qwen, in the cloud or on your own infrastructure. Models are compared on the same evaluation set, so the choice can be revisited when prices or quality change.
Is this the same veridive as the answer engine for the spoken web?
Yes. veridive began as an answer engine that searched videos, podcasts and lectures and answered with a citation to the exact second. It is now an applied AI company that builds systems for organizations, and the answer engine is no longer offered. People who used it can read what changed, and how to reach us, on our page about what happened.
