1. About these terms
In short: These terms apply when you use veridive.com. By using the site, you accept them.
These terms of use govern your use of veridive.com in English and Turkish, including the Markdown versions of our pages and our llms.txt files (together, the “site”). The site is run by:
- Company: VERIDIVE Agentic Intelligence Co. (“veridive”, “we”, “us”)
- Registered address: 8 The Green, STE D, Dover, Kent County, Delaware 19901, United States
- Registration: a corporation registered in the State of Delaware, United States (Delaware Division of Corporations)
- Email: hello@veridive.com
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. How we handle personal data is explained separately, in our privacy notice.
2. What the site is for
In short: The site tells you about veridive and its services, and shares what we learn in our Field notes.
The site gives information about veridive, an applied AI company, and its services: AI strategy, custom AI software, data and AI foundations, team enablement and reliability. It also publishes our Field notes and brand guidelines, and tells you how to reach us.
The site is meant for business audiences. Engagements marked as illustrative show the kind of work we do and the targets we set; they are not reports on named clients.
3. No client relationship
In short: Reading the site or writing to us doesn’t make you a client. Engagements are governed only by separate agreements that both sides sign.
Using the site, reading our content or writing to us does not create a client relationship, a contract or any other obligation for you or for us. We work with clients only under a separate written agreement signed by both sides, such as a proposal accepted in writing, a master services agreement (MSA) or a statement of work (SOW). Those documents alone govern an engagement, including its scope, price, deliverables, confidentiality, ownership of the work and liability.
Nothing on the site is an offer that can be accepted to form a contract. What the site says about our services, formats, durations, methods and typical results describes how we usually work; it is not a commitment for any particular engagement.
4. No professional advice
In short: Field notes and our other content are general information, not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice.
Our Field notes, checklists, templates and other content are general information. They are not legal, tax, financial, regulatory or other professional advice, and they don’t take your circumstances into account. Examples, figures and worked calculations are illustrative.
Where we write about laws and regulations, such as the KVKK, the GDPR or the EU AI Act, we do so at a general level. Before you act on anything that affects your organization, get advice from a qualified professional. We work to keep our content accurate and useful, but laws, technology and good practice change, and a page may be out of date when you read it.
5. Our content and brand
In short: The site’s content belongs to veridive. Use our name and logo only as our brand guidelines allow.
Content © veridive. The site’s text, Field notes, graphics, animation, design and code, the veridive name and our logo belong to VERIDIVE Agentic Intelligence Co. or to those who license material to us, and they are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Open-source software and fonts used on the site remain under their own licenses.
Apart from what these terms allow, in particular in section 6, you may not copy, republish, sell or adapt the site’s content without our written permission.
Our name, logo and other brand assets may be used only as our brand guidelines describe. Don’t alter the logo, and don’t use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse, sponsor or work with you when we don’t. For any use the guidelines don’t cover, ask us at hello@veridive.com.
6. Quoting and sharing
In short: You may quote short passages, up to about 100 words per page, including in AI-assisted answers, if you name veridive and link to the page. Search engines and AI assistants may index, summarize and cite our public pages. Longer reuse needs our written permission.
We want our work to be read, quoted and discussed. Without asking us, you may:
- link to any public page of the site;
- quote short passages from our pages and Field notes, up to about 100 words per page, in any medium, including in AI-assisted answers, as long as you name veridive and link to the page you quote; and
- share links to our pages on social media, in messages and in presentations.
A short passage means up to about 100 words from one page: a few sentences, a short list or a small table, never a whole section or note. Keep quotes accurate and in context, and make clear which words are ours. Don’t present our content as your own, and don’t suggest that we endorse you, your product or your views. Longer reuse, translation or republication, including using a note in paid material, needs our written permission: write to hello@veridive.com.
Search engines and AI assistants. Search engines, AI assistants and similar services may crawl, index, summarize and cite our public pages, and our robots.txt also allows crawlers that collect text to train AI models. When they quote our content, the limit of about 100 words per page applies, and they should name veridive and link to the source page. We publish Markdown versions of our pages and llms.txt files to make that easier.
Automated access. Any automated access to the site, including crawlers, scrapers and AI agents, must follow our robots.txt, must not overload the site or interfere with its operation, and must not try to get around its security. We may block automated access that doesn’t follow these rules.
7. Acceptable use
In short: Use the site lawfully. Don’t attack it, try to break its security or misuse our contact channel.
You must not:
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others;
- attack the site, for example with denial-of-service attacks, or introduce malware or other harmful code;
- probe, scan or test the site for vulnerabilities, or try to get around its security measures, without our written permission;
- misuse our contact channel, for example by sending spam, bulk unsolicited messages, phishing or malicious attachments, or by pretending to be someone else;
- copy or republish the site’s content in bulk in a way section 6 doesn’t allow; or
- frame the site, present it as part of another site, or suggest a connection with us that doesn’t exist.
If you find a security vulnerability, please tell us at hello@veridive.com and give us reasonable time to fix it before you disclose it.
8. What you send us
In short: Don’t send confidential information before a non-disclosure agreement is in place. We may use ideas and feedback you send us freely.
Please don’t send us confidential information, trade secrets or other people’s personal data, such as your customers’ data, before a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or another written agreement covers it. Until then, what you send is not covered by any confidentiality obligation on our side. We still handle any personal data in it as our privacy notice describes.
Only send us material you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful.
If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback about the site, our content or our services, we may use them freely, without any obligation or payment to you. This does not apply to material you share with us under a signed agreement; that agreement governs it.
9. Links to other sites
In short: We link to a few other sites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for them.
The site links to other websites, such as our LinkedIn and X profiles. We don’t control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement. The other site’s own terms and privacy notice apply when you visit it.
10. Availability and changes to the site
In short: We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time.
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we don’t promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, update, suspend or remove any part of the site, including Field notes, at any time and without notice. We may also restrict access to the site where security or maintenance requires it.
11. Disclaimer
In short: To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as it is, without warranties.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, about the site or its content, including that they are accurate, complete, current, fit for a particular purpose or free of viruses or other harmful code. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Limitation of liability
In short: The site is free and informational. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it, but liability the law does not allow us to limit is not affected.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, veridive is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or its content, from your inability to use it, or from your reliance on it. This includes indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Our liability in a client engagement is governed only by the agreement for that engagement.
13. Governing law and venue
In short: These terms are governed by the law named below, and disputes go to the courts named below, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
- Governing law: the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules
- Venue: the state and federal courts located in Kent County, Delaware
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the site, are governed by the law named above, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the courts named above have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes. If mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim in another place or under another law, these terms do not take that right away.
14. Changes to these terms
In short: We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows which version applies.
We may change these terms, for example when the site or the law changes. We will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date, and it applies from that date; it does not apply to disputes that arose before. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply to your use.
15. General
In short: If one part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
If a court finds any part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, that part applies to the greatest extent the law allows, and the rest of the terms remain in force. If we don’t enforce a right under these terms straight away, we have not given it up.
16. Contact
In short: Questions about these terms? Write to hello@veridive.com.
